Through this website's enquiry forms we collect only the details you provide: your name, contact details, the service you're interested in, and your message. We deliberately do not collect tax file numbers, account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive financial information through website forms.
If you become a client, we collect further information needed to provide credit assistance or accounting services, such as identification, income and expense details, assets and liabilities, directly from you and, with your consent, from third parties such as your employer, lenders and credit reporting bodies.

- To provide accounting and tax services through OneHQ Accounting, where you engage them

We may disclose your information to lenders and their agents, valuers, insurers, our aggregator (Australian Finance Group (AFG)), credit reporting bodies, and professional advisers, only as needed to provide our services or as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Information is stored in access-controlled systems, and website enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS.
